Summary

Join our client's team as a motivated Cold Caller to drive sales funnel growth and build client relationships. You will be the first point of contact, generating interest and qualifying leads through outbound cold calls using a dialer (Orum). Key responsibilities include making outbound calls, qualifying prospects, setting appointments, managing the pipeline, and collaborating with the sales team. This fully remote position offers the chance to contribute to business growth and advance in sales development. Success is measured by lead generation, pipeline growth, positive feedback, and efficiency in converting cold calls to appointments. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of sales development experience and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in sales development, outbound dialing, or appointment setting
  • Native English speaker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging prospects effectively
  • Experience with sales dialers (Orum or similar) and CRM tools
  • Strong work ethic, great attitude, and ability to build rapport with prospects quickly
  • Ability to manage a sales pipeline, prioritize leads, and follow up effectively
  • A goal-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed KPIs

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospects using the Orum dialer, introducing the company’s products and services and generating interest
  • Qualify prospects based on predefined criteria and set appointments for the sales team. Present key information to ensure prospects understand the value proposition
  • Manage the pipeline by tracking interactions, following up with leads, and moving them through the sales process
  • Play a key role in growing the top of the sales funnel, generating a consistent flow of qualified leads
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure appointments are scheduled and the lead handoff process is seamless
  • Maintain a positive, motivated, and personable approach with prospects, ensuring a great first impression

  • Consistently generating qualified leads and setting appointments for the sales team
  • Building a robust pipeline through outbound outreach and effective qualification
  • Receiving positive feedback from the sales team on the quality of appointments set and leads generated
  • High call volumes and successful conversions from cold calls to appointments, driving top-of-funnel growth
