Join Talkie.ai, a creator of an AI Medical Receptionist, as a highly energetic Cold Caller to expand our presence in the US healthcare market. You will initiate first contact with potential customers (clinics and private practices) and schedule meetings for the sales team. You will be speaking directly to decision-makers, supporting Talkie.aiβs brand awareness. The role involves conducting cold calls, performing lead qualification, scheduling meetings, and logging conversation details. Success is measured by the number of qualified meetings scheduled and their conversion into sales qualified leads. Requirements
- Fluent in English (C1 level or higher), comfortable navigating US business conversations
- 6+ months of experience in cold calling or appointment setting
- Understands that 90%+ of calls end in a "No, thank you"βbut still chases that one "Yes!"
- Has experience working toward specific KPIs (calls made, meetings booked)
- Curious and willing to learn about AI Voice technology and the US healthcare industry
Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls to clinics and private medical practices in the US
- Perform brief lead qualification using a defined script and checklist
- Schedule meetings via Google Meets / Zoom for our Sales Managers
- Log conversation details and updates into the CRM
- Work from ready-made lead lists and contribute to keeping them updated
- Schedule 12 qualified meetings per month
- Ensure at least 50% of meetings convert into SQLs (quality > quantity π)
- Regularly report "news from the front" back to the Sales and Marketing teams
