Summary

Join Belkins Group as a Cold Calling Expert (Team Lead) to optimize and lead the cold calling process for our SDR team, train and mentor them, develop effective sales strategies, and collaborate closely with other teams. This role requires at least 3-4 years of hands-on cold calling experience, familiarity with various cold-calling techniques and strategies, experience in training or leading cold-calling specialists, the ability to analyze performance data and drive continuous improvement, knowledge of omnichannel outreach strategies, a proven track record of achieving sales targets, and thriving in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Requirements

  • Have at least 3-4 years of hands-on cold calling experience with measurable results, ideally in IT services, software development, fintech, or SaaS industries
  • Are familiar with various cold-calling techniques and strategies
  • Have experience in training, mentoring, or leading cold-calling specialists or teams, as well as developing and refining calling processes
  • Can analyze performance data and drive continuous improvement
  • Are knowledgeable about omnichannel outreach strategies
  • Have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Are constantly learning new tactics and creative in your approaches

Responsibilities

  • Optimize & lead the cold calling process for the SDR team, including scripting, strategy, and quality assurance
  • Train and mentor the SDR team focusing on execution and skill improvement
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies, ensuring the team meets or exceeds daily, weekly, and monthly targets
  • Increase connect and conversion rates, appointment numbers, and project outreach success
  • Create knowledge bases, case studies, and frameworks to support cold calling effectiveness
  • Implement and test tools to enhance cold calling efficiency
  • Collaborate closely with the Account management team to align priorities and refine the cold-calling strategy
  • Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
  • Work on the improvement of calling integration into the broader omnichannel strategy (that includes calling, email, LinkedIn, etc)
