Requirements

  • Strong sales experience as a Sales/Business Development Manager and/or Partner Manager
  • Proven success and closing ability in the IT project business with a focus on ServiceNow Business
  • Networking, existing contacts, and good relationship management to leading technology partners, preferably ServiceNow
  • High level of personal responsibility, willingness to engage, and goal-orientedness
  • Sales-oriented and analytical thinking as well as high social competence also in intercultural situations
  • Flexibility and monthly travel to customers and partners are feasible
  • Very good German and English language skills (negotiation secure)

Responsibilities

  • Lead qualification, cold calling, and customer relationship management for new customer acquisition
  • Developing new accounts, maintaining close contact with customers, and identifying new sales opportunities
  • Being responsible for the entire sales process: pitches, tenders, offer creation, project completion
  • Working closely with local and international sales colleagues to develop new strategies
