• Comfortable working with CRM software and sales tools
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce company services
• Qualify leads and set up appointments for the sales team
• Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and CRM systems
• Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and outcomes
• Overcome objections and handle rejections professionally
• Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly call targets
