Cold Calling Specialist Assistant

Summary

Join 20four7VA as a Cold Calling Specialist Assistant! This remote position requires 10-20 hours per week, Monday-Friday, between 9 AM and 5 PM EST. You will conduct cold calls to construction and commercial offices to sell post-construction and recurring cleaning services. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication and sales skills, experience in appointment setting within relevant industries, and proficiency in GoHighLevel CRM. Requirements

• Proven experience as an appointment setter in Real Estate, Construction, or Commercial Properties
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Proficiency in GoHighLevel CRM
• Strong verbal communication skills with confidence and good tonality
• APPLICATION SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGEABLE/REQUIRED: MS Office, CRM (GoHigh Level), any phone system

Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls to construction companies and commercial offices to offer cleaning services
• Build and maintain a client list for potential contract opportunities
• Follow up with leads and negotiate contract terms
• Present the company’s cleaning services and answer client inquiries effectively
• Develop and implement call scripts and sales strategies
• Track and report call performance metrics

Preferred Qualifications

American or British accent, if possible. If not, it shouldn't be a problem as long as they have a good command of English and tonality
