Sales Development Representative

Summary

Join Tebra's sales organization as a Sales Development Representative and play a crucial role in scaling company revenue. You will focus on setting quality meetings with medical practices nationwide, participating in training, generating qualified leads through cold calls, building rapport with prospects, and identifying their needs. This role is 100% responsible for prospect generation, with success measured by daily activity and monthly quota attainment. Demonstrate mastery by exceeding quota for two consecutive months. Requirements

• 1 year of experience in a sales or customer facing role
• Success working remotely and a strong home setup
• Grit, strong work ethic, coachable, confidence, curiosity, self-awareness, and a focus on self-development

Responsibilities

• Setting quality meetings with medical practices across the country
• Participate in a mix of classroom-style learning as well as role-plays and practice
• Generate qualified leads, prospect via cold calls, and establish the value of our platform
• Build rapport and find your prospects’ needs
• 100% responsible for generating your own prospects
• Success will be measured on daily activity metrics as well as monthly quota attainment
• Demonstrate mastery of skills at this level by exceeding quota for two months in a row

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of our sales tools such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Zoominfo is a plus
