Summary

Join FinQuery's dynamic sales team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR)! You will engage prospects through cold outreach, educating them on FinQuery's lease accounting solutions and generating new customer opportunities. As a key member of our high-performing team, you'll research prospects, identify pain points, and set meetings with decision-makers. Leveraging your cold calling and lead generation experience, you'll communicate via phone, email, and LinkedIn. This role offers a defined career path with opportunities for advancement within the organization. Your success will be measured by key performance indicators, and you'll receive comprehensive training and coaching.

Requirements

  • 6 mos-2 years of relevant sales experience (internship experience will be considered)
  • Previous cold calling experience
  • Positivity, solutions-oriented approach, and ability to handle challenges in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative mentality prioritizing ‘we’ over ‘me’
  • Results-driven and competitive nature
  • Superb writing, communication, and listening skills; ability to understand and overcome objections
  • Outstanding time management skills
  • High level of empathy
  • Proven ability to make strong connections and overcome rejection to achieve results
  • Desire to move up the ranks and become an Account Executive or Channel Partner Manager in the future
  • Solid project management and business development skills
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Grit, strong work ethic, coachable, confidence, curiosity, self-awareness, and a focus on self-development
  • Success working remotely and a strong home setup

Responsibilities

  • Engage prospects through cold outreach to communicate how FinQuery can solve lease accounting challenges
  • Cold-call prospects and educate the market about the power of FinQuery
  • Generate opportunities with net-new customers to support and enable sales Account Executives (AEs) to close revenue-generating deals
  • Research prospects, discover pain points, get access to and set meetings with decision-makers
  • Communicate with potential clients via phone, emails, and LinkedIn to develop an interest in FinQuery’s software
  • Set quality meetings, playing an integral role in building our sales pipeline and our business!
  • Learn to generate sales-qualified leads, prospect via cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and establish the value of our solutions
  • Build rapport and find your prospects’ needs once engaged
  • Generate your own prospects (100% responsible)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of sales tools such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Zoominfo
  • SaaS and/or FinTech experience
