Join our team as a Campaign Manager and lead the growth and operations, overseeing multiple client accounts. We are a B2B SaaS Marketing agency working with leading startup clients globally. You will manage multiple campaigns, optimize open rates and replies, support the team, communicate with clients, and continuously research market trends and tools. The ideal candidate has experience in B2B outbound marketing, particularly cold email outreach, excellent English skills, and demonstrated leadership abilities. The role requires working from 1 PM to 9 PM EET to accommodate US clients.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Cold-Email Marketing
• Eagerness to deepen knowledge in B2B Outbound Marketing, especially in cold email strategies
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, fostering teamwork and guiding projects to success
• Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for continual learning and achieving measurable results
