Summary

Join XRHealth Australia, a global leader in virtual-reality therapeutics, as a Business Development Representative. You will own your sales funnel, prospecting and contacting new leads in hospitals, allied-health groups, and corporate wellness programs. Responsibilities include qualifying leads, conducting demos of the VR platform, logging touchpoints in HubSpot, collaborating with other teams, and identifying upsell opportunities. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of B2B sales experience in health-tech, med-tech, SaaS, or medical devices, and is comfortable selling to various stakeholders. You'll work remotely anywhere in Australia with optional coworking days. Growth opportunities and comprehensive training are provided.

Requirements

  • 2‑3 yrs success in B2B new‑business sales (health‑tech, med‑tech, SaaS or medical devices a plus)
  • Comfortable selling to clinicians, practice managers and C‑suite alike
  • Fluent with HubSpot, Office365, Slack and Zoom
  • Self‑starter: you plan your week, work independently, hit activity targets and love the chase
  • Tech‑curious – you can pop on a headset, basic troubleshooting and clearly explain VR benefits without jargon

Responsibilities

  • Own your funnel – prospect, conduct initial outreach to new leads via email, phone, and messaging platforms to introduce XRHealth’s solutions
  • Cold‑call and email into hospitals, allied‑health groups, and corporate wellness programs
  • Qualify – run crisp discovery calls, schedule demos and and work through new partnership and business opportunities
  • Demo – show prospects how our VR platform streamlines therapy, improves adherence and captures outcomes data
  • Pipeline – log every touchpoint in HubSpot, weekly deal forecasting and sharing insights that sharpen our campaigns
  • Collaborate – feed market intel to marketing, product and ops; liaise with logistics to ensure VR headsets arrive on time
  • Initiate upsell – flag multi‑site roll‑outs, extra headset needs or data‑analytic add‑ons while accounts are onboarding

Preferred Qualifications

Bonus points for allied‑health knowledge or previous work with remote clinical solutions
