Join our team as a Cold Email Campaign Manager! We offer a competitive salary and revenue-sharing opportunities after three months. We're a B2B SaaS marketing agency working with top startup clients. You'll manage multiple client campaigns, optimizing open rates and replies. You'll also support the team, communicate results to clients, and continuously research market trends and tools. The ideal candidate has B2B outbound marketing experience, excellent English skills, and a self-starter attitude. Working hours are 1 PM to 9 PM EET.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Cold-Email Marketing
• Eagerness to deepen knowledge in B2B Outbound Marketing, especially in cold email strategies
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, fostering teamwork and guiding projects to success
• Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for continual learning and achieving measurable results

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple campaigns for clients
• Optimize open rates and replies
• Support the team by attending and engaging in meetings, and contributing to collaborative projects
• Know the ins and outs of the business of a successful marketing agency
• Communicate with clients on results
• Research, research, and learn. Learn about new market trends and tools not only from us but also on your own!

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience specifically with B2B Outbound Marketing, particularly in cold email outreach
• Excellent English skills
• A self-starter, love to learn new things daily, and get excited about results
• A strong meme game
• Comfortable working from 1 PM EET to 9 PM EET
