Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone and written correspondence
  • Resolve outstanding payment issues by negotiating and arranging payment plans
  • Accurately generate, manage, and track internal invoices
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions and payment statuses
  • Build rapport and ensure a positive customer experience through exceptional service
  • Utilize tools like Google Sheets and online research tools to track and resolve issues
  • Navigate difficult conversations with composure and professionalism

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in collections (preferred)
  • Experience with HubSpot is a plus
