Summary

OneTrust is a trust intelligence cloud platform that helps organizations transform trust into a competitive advantage. The Commercial Advisory team is seeking a director to own the commercial strategy for their regional market, assess opportunities, build deals, and deliver investment justifications. The ideal candidate has a Master's degree, 10+ years of experience in consultative roles, strong leadership skills, executive presence, quantitative analysis skills, and business acumen.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree required
  • 10+ years of experience in consultative and strategic customer-facing roles
  • Results-oriented, strategic thinker that enjoys helping customers 'cross the chasm' from current state to future state
  • Strong leadership skills to drive individuals to perform at their highest level
  • Strong executive presence and presentation / facilitation skills, comfortable collaborating with and presenting to C-suite executives
  • Creative, high energy, entrepreneurial self-starter comfortable in disruptive innovation
  • Thrive in working collaboratively and cross-functionally, particularly with Sales
  • Deep quantitative analysis and financial modeling skills of ROI and TCO concepts

Responsibilities

  • Own the commercial strategy for their regional market
  • Work with partner Enterprise RVP to localize regional commercial strategies
  • Assess and prioritize opportunities based on potential
  • Build and deliver compelling investment justifications to secure customer funding for OneTrust
