Summary
Join Zensurance's comprehensive training program to become a Commercial Insurance Broker! No prior experience is needed; we provide paid training to obtain your RIBO license. This remote role (GTA) offers a $47,500 annual salary during training, increasing to $50,000 plus up to $6,000 in bonuses upon licensure. You'll work with new business, accounts, or renewals, supporting clients from quote to close and providing exceptional service. Requirements
- 1+ years of customer service experience (transferable industries include retail, hospitality, sales, call center, and more)
- A strong passion for Sales and Customer Support
- A drive to consistently meet and exceed targets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and demonstrated flexibility in managing multiple clients at a time
- A proactive approach to continually seeking out new ways to learn and grow
Responsibilities
- Study for and successfully pass the RIBO license exam
- Handle insurance leads provided to you
- Assess the needs of potential clients to advise on coverage requirements
- Continually engage leads to convert requests for insurance into customers
- Offer continuous support from quote to bind to deliver a seamless client experience promptly
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our insurance products and help clients with any questions
- Recommend operational improvements in our processes to help further improve the overall customer experience
- Provide weekly flow updates to elevate the programs and pricing
