Summary
Join Nextiva as a Commercial Customer Account Manager and redefine the future of customer experiences. This 100% remote role focuses on helping businesses grow by selling Nextiva's communication solutions. You will uncover prospects' needs, recommend solutions, manage pipelines, deliver demos, and forecast sales accurately. Success requires proven sales experience, proficiency in Salesforce, and strong communication skills. Requirements
- English Fluency (verbal & written) required
- 3+ years of customer service, business development, account management and/or sales experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and ability to manage a pipeline of opportunities
- Proven track record of selling business solutions over the phone with persuasive closing techniques
- Ability to forecast sales accurately and manage a pipeline effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to create and present compelling sales presentations and pitch decks
- Critical thinker who is fact-based and data driven
- Ability to understand and articulate key drivers and learn from the past
- Team-oriented, collaborative, and competitive with a winning mindset
- Resilient and able to bounce back from setbacks

Responsibilities
- Uncover Prospects' Needs
- Identify and understand prospects' pain points
- Recommend solutions based on their needs
- Create and manage a pipeline of opportunities with a minimum of 3x your quota assignment
- Achieve at least 100% of the assigned quota on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Maintain accurate Salesforce records for pipeline delivery
- Deliver tailored demos of the Nextiva solution, showcasing how it delivers desired outcomes
- Forecast accurately on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Close sales effectively, utilizing persuasive techniques
- Maintain and increase existing customer accounts through upselling and cross-selling
- Build and manage a strong pipeline to ensure consistent quota achievement
- Manage customer interaction and track the sales process using Salesforce CRM
- Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships
