Summary

The job is an internship opportunity at Mission Capital's New York office in commercial real estate finance. The intern will assist in creating investment proposals, conduct market research, prepare due diligence materials, and perform other ad-hoc tasks. The candidate must be currently pursuing a degree in Real Estate with excellent communication skills, strong MS Word and Excel skills, the ability to learn quickly, strong attention to detail, and be a team player.

Requirements

• Candidate must currently be pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Real Estate
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong MS Word, MS Excel analysis and presentation skills
• Ability to learn quickly
• Strong attention to detail
• Must be a team player; willingness to work hard to get the job done

Responsibilities

• Assist in creation of investment and financing proposals and offering memorandums
• Develop insightful market information and statistics via research and review of available materials
• Portfolio stratification and analysis
• Preparation of due diligence materials
• Confidentiality agreement processing/tracking
• Attending weekly investor transaction status reporting
• Ad-hoc projects as needed
