ISO Sales Representative

Summary

Join World Business Lenders (WBL) as a dynamic Account Representative! WBL provides short-term commercial loans and has a 100% remote workforce. This role focuses on building relationships with ISOs and brokers to generate borrower referrals, pursuing leads, collaborating with internal teams, and maintaining accurate sales records. Excellent communication and sales skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. The position offers a base salary ($1,000-$1,500) plus commissions, PTO, and is a full-time contractor/consultancy role. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and possess a proactive work ethic. Previous US sales experience is strongly desired.

Requirements

• Advanced almost native level of verbal and written English is required
• Experience with Microsoft: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint required
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Proactive approach and strong work ethic
• Excellent attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Initiate, cultivate and maintain relationships with Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs), mortgage brokers and other similar entities to generate the referral of borrowers from these sources
• Pursue leads assigned by the company via phone and email
• Collaborate with internal departments and management to support files process through the pipeline
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management

Preferred Qualifications

• Teams experience preferred
• Previous sales experience in US is strongly desired
• Tech-savvy, comfortable using self-service platforms and CRM tools to track and manage sales activity
