Summary

Join World Business Lenders (WBL) as an Account Executive for ISO and drive loan production by building and maintaining relationships with mortgage brokers. This hybrid position requires consistent field presence, strong sales acumen, and effective presentation of WBL’s lending products. You will work closely with the Sales Team to support brokers throughout the loan submission process, conducting in-office visits four days a week and traveling monthly to assigned markets. The role demands excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems, and a minimum of two years of experience in Non-QM mortgage lending. WBL offers a base salary plus commissions, gas reimbursement, and PTO. The position is full-time and requires a personal vehicle, laptop, and cellphone. Must reside in, or be willing to relocate to, FL, CA, NY, or NJ.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent sales experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Non-QM mortgage lending is a must
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Open-minded, eager to learn, proactive, and engaged
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
  • Skilled in sales and cold calling
  • Must have a personal vehicle, laptop, and cellphone
  • Willingness and ability to travel locally by car 4 days per week
  • Must reside in, or be willing to relocate to, FL, CA, NY, or NJs

Responsibilities

  • Receive loan submissions from brokers and route them to the Sales Team
  • Ensure submissions are complete and compliant by coordinating with internal stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned mortgage brokers
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned brokers, providing timely and high-quality support
  • Conduct in-office broker visits four days per week and travel monthly to each ISO in the assigned markets
  • Use heatmaps provided by the Business Management team to prioritize markets and identify new broker prospects
  • Collaborate with Account Representatives to schedule broker meetings
  • Prepare materials and manage logistics for each broker meeting
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of WBL’s Non-QM products, lending programs, and internal processes
  • Present WBL’s offerings clearly, confidently, and in compliance with company standards
  • Address broker inquiries and provide timely follow-up support
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support team goals and business needs
