Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute total rewards communication strategies
  • Manage communications regarding total rewards programs
  • Coordinate with stakeholders for accurate and timely delivery of communications
  • Collaborate with legal teams to ensure regulatory adherence
  • Oversee production and distribution of communication materials
  • Monitor, respond to inquiries, and track effectiveness of initiatives for continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Jira, Page Proof, and MS Office
  • Minimum of 5 years project management experience leading internal communications programs
