Liquid Agency is seeking a Freelance Communications Manager for a 12-month engagement to oversee Total Rewards communications. This remote position requires the ability to work Central Standard Time and travel occasionally. The role involves developing communication strategies, coordinating with stakeholders, and managing multiple projects.

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years working in total rewards communications
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to develop cross-enterprise and external relationships
• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional organizational abilities
• Demonstrated track record of strong stakeholder management skills
• Strong initiative and follow-through skills, coupled with a collaborative, curious, and empathetic approach

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute total rewards communication strategies
• Manage communications regarding total rewards programs
• Coordinate with stakeholders for accurate and timely delivery of communications
• Collaborate with legal teams to ensure regulatory adherence
• Oversee production and distribution of communication materials
• Monitor, respond to inquiries, and track effectiveness of initiatives for continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Jira, Page Proof, and MS Office
• Minimum of 5 years project management experience leading internal communications programs
