Join our team as a dynamic and creative Brand and Communications Manager, responsible for managing social media channels, creating compelling content, writing blog posts, and collaborating with internal teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in brand marketing, strategic communications, content marketing
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and messaging. Can show long-form samples
  • Proven track record of managing projects and teams to successful outcomes
  • Experience in managing digital marketing campaigns and familiarity with B2B marketing campaign processes
  • Experience working with designers
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization
  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and the ability to generate innovative ideas
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Responsibilities

  • Manage Newlab’s Social Media Channels
  • Oversee the creation of compelling content across various channels, including blog posts, exec comms, e-books, video, social media, and traditional marketing collateral
  • Write for and maintain Newlab’s blog
  • Manage the PR Agency and other communications tasks
  • Help with event planning and execution as needed
  • Develop written content like whitepapers, reports, and e-books
  • Drive the development of engaging web content, including website copywriting and optimization to enhance user experience and drive conversions
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute integrated marketing campaigns that effectively communicate our brand message and values
  • Proactively manage projects and timelines to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work, while also providing regular updates to stakeholders
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, both internally and externally, championing our values and promoting a positive image of the company
