Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in brand marketing, strategic communications, content marketing
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and messaging. Can show long-form samples
- Proven track record of managing projects and teams to successful outcomes
- Experience in managing digital marketing campaigns and familiarity with B2B marketing campaign processes
- Experience working with designers
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and the ability to generate innovative ideas
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Responsibilities
- Manage Newlabβs Social Media Channels
- Oversee the creation of compelling content across various channels, including blog posts, exec comms, e-books, video, social media, and traditional marketing collateral
- Write for and maintain Newlabβs blog
- Manage the PR Agency and other communications tasks
- Help with event planning and execution as needed
- Develop written content like whitepapers, reports, and e-books
- Drive the development of engaging web content, including website copywriting and optimization to enhance user experience and drive conversions
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute integrated marketing campaigns that effectively communicate our brand message and values
- Proactively manage projects and timelines to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work, while also providing regular updates to stakeholders
- Serve as a brand ambassador, both internally and externally, championing our values and promoting a positive image of the company
