Summary
Join PosiGen as a Community Impact Coordinator and play a key role in strengthening community relationships, supporting local campaigns, and driving lead generation. This remote position (NH, MA, RI, CT, NJ, PA) involves coordinating events, managing communications, creating marketing materials, and assisting with public policy initiatives. You will collaborate with various teams, track event results, and contribute to process improvements. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication, organizational, and event planning skills, along with a passion for community engagement. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred, along with proven event planning experience. The salary range is $60,000-$68,000 USD.
Requirements
- Proven experience in developing and executing community events
- Must possess a valid state driver’s license and have reliable transportation
- Willingness to successfully complete the pre-employment screening process
Responsibilities
- Serve as the central event coordinator, collaborating with Sales and Community Impact Managers to plan and execute community events across markets
- Organize and lead the Event Committee structure to ensure alignment and success
- Manage budgets for events and materials, ensuring cost efficiency and tracking all related expenditures
- Coordinate event material needs, including inventory management, in partnership with the marketing team
- Track, analyze, and report on event-related results and other key metrics to measure impact and improve future efforts
- Other duties as assigned by leadership
- Support the onboarding and organization of affinity partners by creating and coordinating supporting materials
- Facilitate direct outreach to partners, advocates, and customers to mobilize them for public policy advocacy campaigns in collaboration with the Public Policy team
- Assist in developing and managing communications, including email and mail outreach to PosiGen’s 30,000+ customers, to drive engagement and foster strong relationships
- Act as the central coordinator for creative asset requests, such as flyers, blog posts, signage, and invitations, to support events and campaigns
- Partner with the Community Impact team to expand the visibility and impact of events through effective marketing collateral
- Identify and implement improvements to streamline event coordination and creative asset production
- Develop and document standard operating procedures for consistent and efficient event and material management
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Two years of experience in a community-based nonprofit, marketing, outreach, or event planning role
- Bilingual skills
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Google Workspace tools
Benefits
Base Salary: $60,000 — $68,000 USD
