Requirements

  • Proven experience in community management, operations, or a similar role
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data tracking and report generation
  • Proficient in using tools like Notion for organizational management
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working with diverse teams
  • Highly proactive and able to identify new opportunities for improvement without being prompted
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and track community metrics and growth, interpreting data to understand community trends
  • Create and maintain dynamic dashboards and comprehensive reports for weekly and monthly community insights
  • Collaborate closely with Regional Community Managers (CMs) to ensure seamless planning and execution of community events
  • Keep our organizational tool, Notion, current with all upcoming events and announcements
  • Facilitate introductions and connections between CMs and ecosystem projects for event organization
  • Provide regular updates to the Head of Community, enabling them to offer strategic guidance and direction efficiently
  • Track and report on community OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) to align with overall organizational goals
  • Work closely with our Aptos Collective manager by tracking ambassador engagement and related metrics, then using this data to provide weekly and monthly reports

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry
  • Experience with community engagement in a tech or startup environment
