Requirements

  • Excellent English skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
  • At least 6+ months of experience working with X, Reddit, TripAdvisor
  • Experience in customer support
  • Analytical and research skills
  • Positive and responsible attitude
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)

Responsibilities

  • Answering customer posts on X, Reddit, TripAdvisor
  • Posting media and content on company's social media profiles
  • Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers
  • Meet team KPIs
  • Be always up-to-date with cutting-edge technology
  • Securely work with customers’ sensitive information
  • Maintain working knowledge of our client’s products and services
  • Cooperating with branding team to strengthen the company brand identity

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Zendesk or other CRM systems
