Support Consultant

Summary

Join Togetherwork as a Customer Support Consultant and provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting for our Dynamics 365 platform and related applications. You will be a critical part of our team, communicating with clients and internal teams to resolve issues promptly. This role requires experience with Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service applications or Salesforce, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. The salary range is $55,000 - $60,000 USD per year for US Remote positions.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service applications or Salesforce
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in technical support
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the platform, Dynamics 365 software products, and related applications
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to identify, analyze and resolve issues
• Document solutions and best practices for common problems and share them with the support team and the Dynamics 365 community
• Collaborate with developers, consultants and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions and customer satisfaction
• Stay updated on the latest features, functionalities and trends of Dynamics 365 software products
