Community Manager

Summary

Join CXG as a remote Community Manager to develop and execute growth and engagement strategies for our Evaluators Community, foster meaningful interactions, and build brand awareness and loyalty. Requires excellent writing skills, community engagement, and a passion for creating compelling content.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in community engagement, digital marketing or related roles
• Excellent writing skills in English with a demonstrable ability to create compelling content
• Strong project management skills and proven ability to work within deadlines
• Strong attention to detail, curious nature to learn, and pioneer initiatives
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Autonomous and independent thinking, ability to work with a remote team
• Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Expert understanding of brand guidelines and their use in visual applications
• Experience working on design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Canva)

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth and engagement strategies to engage the Evaluators Community
• Foster meaningful interactions within the Community and build long-term loyalty
• Produce compelling and shareable content across platforms
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators related to community engagement

Preferred Qualifications

• Passion and knowledge of luxury brands
• AI tools (MidJourney, Dall-e, etc.)
• Understanding of the retail industry and luxury market
• Experience working with CRM Marketing tools (HubSpot)
