Responsibilities

  • Channel Management: Oversee and manage our Telegram and Discord channels, ensuring active and positive engagement. Create and implement strategies to grow and maintain a vibrant community
  • Community Engagement: Develop and execute community engagement initiatives, including AMA sessions, events, and discussions. Address community inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
  • Ambassador and Moderator Management: Recruit, train, and manage community ambassadors and moderators. Provide guidance and support to ensure they effectively represent our brand and uphold community standards
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create engaging and relevant content for community channels. Develop educational materials and updates related to our blockchain projects
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze community metrics to assess the effectiveness of engagement strategies. Provide regular reports and insights to the team to drive continuous improvement
  • Crisis Management: Handle any potential community issues or conflicts with sensitivity and efficiency. Implement strategies to mitigate negative sentiment and maintain a positive community environment
