Summary

Join GoFasti, a Talent-as-a-Service company, as a remote English-fluent Community Manager based in Colombia. You will build and nurture relationships with community members, manage onboarding and offboarding processes, coordinate regional events, and develop engaging community experiences. The role requires exceptional communication and organizational skills, along with experience in community management and related fields. You will manage various content platforms, oversee communication strategies, and collaborate with internal and external teams. The position offers a monthly salary ranging from $800 to $1600 USD, depending on experience and skills, and is for an independent contractor working remotely.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience in community management, member relations, or customer success roles
  • Background in marketing, relationship management, or a related field
  • Experience with tools like Skool, Excel, and CRM platforms
  • Graphic design skills for creating visually engaging content and event materials
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Practical, team-oriented mindset with a passion for fostering connections and empowering communities

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture relationships with members to foster a strong sense of community and belonging
  • Actively seek feedback from members and implement strategies to address their needs and enhance satisfaction
  • Develop and implement retention strategies to reduce member attrition, including tailored programs and personalized engagement initiatives
  • Monitor member engagement data and retention trends, using insights to refine engagement efforts
  • Lead new members through an engaging onboarding process, introducing them to the clientโ€™s mission, resources, and network
  • Provide clear guidance on maximizing membership benefits
  • Manage the offboarding process for departing members, gathering feedback, and maintaining positive relationships
  • Coordinate with city leads to plan, organize, and execute regional events, including invitations, logistics, and post-event follow-ups
  • Ensure events align with the organization's mission and deliver exceptional member experiences
  • Track and analyze event attendance data to measure success and inform future planning
  • Develop and manage exclusive community experiences for accredited members to maintain engagement and connection
  • Plan and execute 2-3 high-impact member experiences annually, collaborating with relevant teams and vendors
  • Oversee the clientโ€™s educational content platform, including courses, lessons, and resources
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to curate, update, and expand content offerings
  • Develop and execute a communication strategy to keep members informed about updates, opportunities, and community achievements
  • Curate and share relevant content such as newsletters, member spotlights, and resource updates
  • Host webinars, Q&A sessions, and other virtual events to deepen member connections and engagement
  • Track webinar attendance and engagement metrics to optimize outreach and programming
  • Manage and support city leads in their roles, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Provide tools, guidance, and resources to help city leads drive event participation and foster local engagement
  • Partner with marketing, events, and leadership teams to align community strategies with organizational objectives
  • Collaborate on initiatives to drive membership growth and highlight community successes

  • Email Marketing & Newsletters: Mailchimp, ConvertKit, Substack, or HubSpot
  • Event Management: Eventbrite, Zoom, or Slack
  • Content Creation & Management: Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Skool
  • Project & Task Management: Trello, Asana, or Monday.com
  • Community Engagement: LinkedIn, Facebook Groups, WhatsApp Community, Discord or Slack
  • Analytics & Tracking: LinkedIn Analytics, Mailchimp Analytics, or Event Management Metrics
  • CRM & Member Database: HubSpot, Salesforce, or Airtable
  • Other Tools for Community & Content Management: Notion, Typeform, Google Forms, or WordPress
  • Experience with managing LinkedIn interactions and outreach
  • Knowledge of newsletter design, scheduling, and performance optimization
  • Familiarity with event planning tools and techniques
  • Proficiency in basic graphic design for creating professional and appealing materials

Benefits

  • The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $800 - $1,600 per month, depending on seniority and skillset
  • This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform
  • The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client
