Requirements

• You're friendly, chill, and love connecting with people in online communities
• You’ve spent 100+ hours on Discord (maybe even more than you should’ve 😎)
• You're young, ambitious, and curious about Decentralized AI
• You’re already obsessed with AI or crypto and might even have a dedicated following

Responsibilities

• Dream up fun activities and conversations to keep our Discord buzzing
• Act as the primary moderator for Hyperbolic's online channels, managing day-to-day interactions
• Team up with marketing to improve our setup, create killer incentives, and build hype for upcoming events
• Host laid-back AMAs with our co-founders that people will actually want to attend
• Engage with inbound communications and proactively interact with the community to foster positive engagement
• Plan and execute creative activities to boost participation and community growth
• Build relationships with developers and community managers, helping onboard them onto our platform
• Actively participate in forums like Reddit, Hacker News, and other AI/blockchain spaces to promote our mission
• Leverage analytics and reporting tools to optimize social and community strategies
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to communicate product updates clearly

Preferred Qualifications

• Active presence on X with a minimum of 2K followers + steady engagement
• Strong knowledge of the AI and/or blockchain industry
• Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and work independently
• Proficiency with Discord, Reddit, Hacker News, and other online forums
