Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field, OR equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, business development, communication, or related field
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms
- Proficient with Google Workspace
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving revenue targets
Responsibilities
- Perform online research to identify prospective referral sources in existing and new regions
- Add and vet new pediatric providers to our company CRM for further outreach
- Execute pediatric referral relationship prospecting and follow-up strategies, including cold calling, cold emailing, and in-person drop-ins, to meet growth targets for Sunriseโs ABA therapy services
- Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with community organizations aligned with our mission
- Represent Sunrise ABA in person at meetings, events, and partner sites to increase awareness of our services
- Build and maintain relationships with pediatric providers and community agencies to promote the Sunrise ABA brand and increase referrals
- Assist in marketing campaigns to expand our referral pipeline and increase visibility
- Provide feedback to leadership to optimize operational strategies
- Distribute availability update emails and faxes
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Participate in initial and ongoing training
- Work collaboratively as evidenced by professional and timely communication, following instructions, completing tasks correctly and on time, and positive team interactions
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Other job duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience working in a pediatric healthcare or health insurance field or with children with autism or other developmental disabilities
- Ability to quickly establish rapport in person and via phone and email
- A detail-oriented and organized team player
- A proven ability to meet outreach quotas
- Ability to represent our company professionally in person and via phone and email
- A commitment to excellence and receptivity to feedback
