Summary

Join Xometry's People Operations team as a highly analytical Compensation Analyst. This role centers on compensation strategy, analysis, and administration, supporting broader Talent Operations. You will develop and maintain compensation structures, conduct market research and benchmarking, and assist in annual compensation planning. Experience in compensation benchmarking, salary structures, job evaluations, and HR systems is crucial. The ideal candidate will ensure pay practices align with business goals and market competitiveness. This position offers a blend of compensation-focused tasks and broader HR support, contributing to a dynamic and growing company.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in compensation analysis, HR operations, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in salary benchmarking, job evaluation, and compensation planning
  • Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems; ADP Workforce Now highly preferred
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, including experience with formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis
  • Familiarity with compensation survey tools such as Radford, Comp Analyst, Comptryx
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience working in high-growth, dynamic environments

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain compensation structures, including salary bands and incentive plans, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness
  • Conduct market research and salary benchmarking using compensation survey data and industry standards
  • Complete annual salary survey submissions
  • Assist in annual compensation planning, including merit increases, bonuses, and incentive programs
  • Analyze compensation trends and provide insights and recommendations to leadership
  • Evaluate job descriptions to determine appropriate salary levels and FLSA classification
  • Support pay equity analysis and compliance with relevant compensation-related regulations
  • Partner with Finance, HR, and Talent Acquisition teams to provide compensation guidance
  • Assist with ongoing maintenance of the stock administration program.Β  Work with participants to accept grants and open brokerage accounts, and roll out employee training
  • Support the HR Help Desk by addressing compensation-related inquiries and other HR-related questions
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring accurate compensation and benefits data entry
  • Maintain HRIS records related to compensation, benefits, and employee job data
  • Contribute to process improvements and automation efforts within HR operations
  • Assist with HR reporting, audits, and compliance filings as needed

Preferred Qualifications

BS degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
