Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in global compensation analysis and administration (Americas, EMEA, and APAC)
  • Possess enthusiasm for continuous operational excellence; detail-oriented and analytical
  • Passionate about data integrity and accuracy
  • Proficiency in and a strong understanding of Excel or GoogleSheets, including formulas, charts, graphs, pivot tables and other advanced capabilities
  • Analytical and quantitative skills to interpret data and deliver insightful recommendations
  • High degree of integrity and honesty; demonstrated ability to exercise confidentiality and neutrality in complex and sensitive situations. Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently, self-manage projects and deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of compensation related government regulations

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the firm foundation for global compensation for the organization by: conducting external market pricing and preparing pricing analyses to determine structure mapping, serving as the key contact for participation in salary surveys, supporting the creation of compensation communications and training materials
  • Support the annual compensation processes: annual Merit cycle, the Corporate Bonus Plan, and Promotion cycle, with support including but not limited to: evaluating global salary structures making adjustment recommendations; configuring and administering compensation processes within Zuora’s pay software; reviewing proposed pay changes against budget and for parity across various teams; calculating and analyzing bonus payments; and reviewing against budget
  • Support the refinement of Zuora’s methodology around benchmarking and salary structures, balancing external trends with internal constraints, and leveraging technology where possible
  • Adhoc project management - to include components of M&A integration and compensation related to the opening of new offices across the globe
  • Maintain policies and procedures and confirm governmental compliance
  • Work on other compensation-related projects as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Workday experience a plus, Workday Advanced Compensation preferred
  • Experience with compensation tools such as PayFactors or other external tools is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)
