• Assist with conducting surveys and analyzing results for compensation planning
• Guide and advise HR Business partners and leaders on the administration of compensation programs
• Participate in compensation projects, assist in merit budget planning, monitor records for pay irregularities, and prepare and maintain job descriptions and evaluations
