Responsibilities

  • Manage designing, implementing, and evaluating compensation programs across the organisation
  • Work closely with HR business partners, Sales and Rev Ops management, and Finance to analyse the impact of a wide range of compensation options
  • Analyse our existing packages and strategies and make relevant updates to ensure they comply with current regulations and legislation
  • Design compensation packages and bonus/commission programs that align with the company’s strategic plan
  • Identify trends and implement new practices to engage and motivate employees
  • Responsible for compliance and governance of plan operations
  • Conducting proactive competitive analysis and recommending updates as necessary in line with market trends and findings
  • Keep track of prevailing pay rates and make sure we offer competitive compensation plans
  • Structure compensation in ways that will yield the highest value for the organisation
  • Assessing and updating current benefits and compensation package procedures and policies
  • Resolving compensation-related issues
  • Preparing reports and presentations
