This role involves working closely with cross-functional partners on compensation programs, maintaining job architecture, and providing analysis for the annual and mid-year compensation cycle.

Responsibilities

• Maintain job architecture and compensation bands to ensure market competitiveness and scalability
• Provide compensation recommendations and analysis on job evaluation
• Support ad hoc compensation workstreams in the business; creates various ad hoc reports, analysis, and audits as required
• Assist in the preparation, maintenance and quality control of all compensation-related data
• Partner with cross-functional teams on related workstreams
• Develop cost models, forecasts, and design recommendations on a variety of global compensation programs
• Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles as we scale globally and across new offices
