Summary
The Compensation Program Manager will design and execute compensation strategies for global employees, research new policies and programs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate compensation plans. The position is remote-first and open to candidates in North America.
Requirements
- Proven analytical skills and in-depth knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
- Strong communication skills
- Comfort with public speaking

- Experience building from the ground up
Responsibilities
- Own the planning and administration of compensation programs and cycles for all global employees
- Research and analyze new compensation policies and programs
- Collaborate with People Ops to optimize business processes
- Develop and implement compelling communications plans
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong understanding of compensation best practices, current trends, and market benchmark data
- International compensation experience
