Responsibilities

  • Own the planning and administration of compensation programs and cycles for all global employees
  • Research and analyze new compensation policies and programs
  • Collaborate with People Ops to optimize business processes
  • Develop and implement compelling communications plans

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of compensation best practices, current trends, and market benchmark data
  • International compensation experience
