Join Our Team as a Compliance Manager - Remote Opportunity! We're seeking a driven individual with experience in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy sector to lead our compliance program.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field
  • Must have at least 2-4 years of Compliance Specialist experience in healthcare settings
  • Physical Therapy Outpatient or Physicians Group. experience in Therapy is preferred
  • Healthcare compliance certifications (e.g., CHC) preferred
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare laws, HIPAA, Stark Law, Medicare guidelines
  • Proficient in compliance software and tools for tracking and monitoring
  • Familiarity with compliance program development and management
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk mitigation skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team player, builder, and influencer

Responsibilities

  • Crafting and implementing compliance programs in line with regulations and best practices
  • Identifying areas for compliance enhancement and driving improvements
  • Carrying out compliance audits and risk assessments while strategizing risk mitigation
  • Keeping your finger on the pulse of healthcare laws and sharing updates with the team
  • Guiding and training colleagues to create awareness and understanding of compliance
  • Putting on your investigator's hat to address and resolve compliance concerns
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to tackle compliance challenges head-on
  • Keeping meticulous records of compliance activities and findings
  • Being the primary liaison with regulatory agencies for seamless communication
  • Navigating multi-state payer rules as Luna expands its reach
  • Scaling the compliance program as Luna's national footprint grows
  • Pioneering the compliance program as care models and partnerships evolve
