Legal Compliance Manager

Requirements

• Min. 5 years of experience in legal and compliance roles
• Min. 5 years of experience overseeing and monitoring audits. of the US Dept. of Energy’s Weatherization Assistance Program
• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in law, business or related field
• Must speak and write English fluently

Responsibilities

• Contract review of all ICAST programs & projects
• Researching legal requirements for new programs & markets
• Manage the development and implementation of policies and help ICAST convert them into actionable procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations for our various Programs
• Monitoring compliance by analyzing internal systems to ensure compliance, while monitoring business operations for infraction and corrective action
• Be the interface to other departments to educate colleagues on legal and compliance requirements
• Stay up to date on changes to laws and regulations that may impact the organization's operations
• Manage the organization's contracts, intellectual property, and litigation matters
• Provide legal guidance to the executive team and other employees as needed
