Summary
Join Third Bridge as a Compliance Operations Associate in Mumbai, reporting to the Assistant Vice President. You will manage compliance risk, implement operational efficiencies, report key metrics, and create procedures for new tools. Responsibilities include adjudicating sanctions alerts, investigating suspicious activity, identifying anomalies, validating expert identities, tracking employee performance, and collaborating with internal teams. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years of experience (preferred), and fluency in English. Responsibilities
- Adjudicate sanctions alerts from multiple sources
- Investigate potential suspicious expert activity
- Identify and report anomalies and trends in risk mitigation findings
- Help validate the identities of our experts and investigate anomalies
- Track and report compliance-related performance of employees’ and our Compliance team to report findings to senior leadership
- Identify and implement operational efficiencies within the Compliance team
- Conduct thorough investigations of potential compliance violations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all Compliance Operations’ activities
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Legal, Tech, Finance) to mitigate risks and improve compliance processes
- Stay abreast of relevant regulations and industry best practices
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience preferred
- Previous experience in Compliance, Fraud, or similar industry desirable
- CFE or ACAMS certification desirable
- Knowledge of KYC and AML is a plus
