Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree, or equivalent, in Business, Law, Finance, or a related field
- Strong understanding of compliance concepts, preferably in the mortgage or financial services industry
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication abilities
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with mortgage regulations and company policies
- Assist in the review and maintenance of compliance documentation, including policies, procedures, and training materials
- Monitor regulatory updates and changes, helping to ensure timely implementation of new requirements
- Support internal audits and examinations, gathering and organizing necessary documentation
- Respond to compliance-related inquiries from internal stakeholders, providing clear and accurate guidance
- Help develop and maintain a knowledge base of compliance resources and best practices
- Track and analyze compliance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Contribute to ongoing enhancements to compliance workflows and tools to ensure operational efficiency
