Summary

Join Togetherwork as a Configuration Specialist and be responsible for setting up and maintaining client software configurations. This role requires a deep understanding of our software interface, attention to detail, and collaboration with the Solutions Consultant team. Key responsibilities include implementing configurations, managing improvements and updates, troubleshooting issues, collaborating on quality assurance, handling mergers and splits, and creating training documentation. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, along with strong problem-solving and analytical skills and proven ability in customizing software. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Proven ability in customizing software to meet customer needs, with strong customer service skills and the ability to translate customer requirements into technical solutions
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities necessary for collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple tasks

Responsibilities

  • Implement configurations accurately and efficiently using the software's interface based on detailed requirements documentation from the customer and/or Solutions Consultant
  • Manage and implement improvements and updates during the initial 6 months of client onboarding
  • Provide technical support for configuration-related issues and work with Support to resolve more complex problems
  • Partner with the Solutions Consultant for Quality Assurance (QA) processes, ensuring high configuration standards. Identify and resolve any issues found during QA, assuring effectiveness and reliability
  • Adjust configurations for merging or splitting instances (locations) based on client organizational changes. Implement configurations for additional locations, maintaining consistency and compliance
  • Maintain detailed configuration documentation for future reference and training. As needed, record training sessions for clients, ensuring effective use of the software configurations
