Operations Administrator

Summary

Join CloudLinux's TuxCare division as a HubSpot Operations Administrator. You will build and manage Sales & Marketing dashboards, reports, and workflows in HubSpot. Collaborate with the Sr. Operations HubSpot Administrator to maintain data integrity. Track lead sources and create standard operating procedures. This role reports to the CRO and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience as a HubSpot Marketing Operations Administrator, along with HubSpot certifications. Requirements

• High School Diploma, Bachelor preferred (but not required)
• Minimum 2 years experience as a HubSpot Marketing Operations Administrator
• HubSpot Inbound Sales, Service & Admin certifications required
• Strong experience in B2B software sales environments

Responsibilities

• Builds and manages all Sales & Marketing dashboards, reports, layouts, process automation, and other configurable parts of the interface for the Sales & Marketing Team
• Ability to create and maintain effective Sales & Marketing work flows to optimize the prospect and customer journey
• Working in conjunction with our Sr. Operations HubSpot Administrator to oversee data integrity within HubSpot CRM through data import management, data cleanup, and list suppression
• Tracks sources of all new incoming leads
• Creates and maintains a Operations HubSpot standard operating procedure guide

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge or experience in Cybersecurity is a plus
