Consolidation And Financial Reporting Specialist

Summary

Join Bitso's Corp Accounting team as a Consolidation & Financial Reporting Specialist! You will manage the global consolidation process, support ERP implementation, and develop control procedures. This role requires a degree in Accounting, at least 4 years of relevant experience, and hands-on experience with consolidated financial statements. You'll leverage your expertise in NetSuite or similar ERP systems and strong communication skills. Requirements

• Proven English fluency
• Degree in Accounting
• At least 4 years of experience in audit and/or accounting in financial services, technology companies, or Big4 firms
• Hands-on experience in preparing consolidated financial statements involving entities across jurisdictions in Latem
• Experience with NetSuite and/or another ERP system
• Excellent English language proficiency
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy is a must
• Ability to work effectively in teams and with cross functional partners
• Agile sense of work
• Organized and proactive, takes initiative and prioritize tasks
• Reliable, trustworthy, high level of integrity with strong service orientation
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Responsibilities

• Manage global intercompany elimination and consolidation process
• Manage Oracle NetSuite accounting platform implementation
• Assist with performing technical accounting research and documenting accounting positions in white papers as needed
• Assist with monthly/quarterly managerial reporting and analytical review
• Assist with global accounting policy and control procedure development
• Support various ad hoc projects and other duties as needed
• Effectively communicate analyses to management

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of IFRS
• Competency in SQL and Macros
