Requirements

  • 3+ years in an accounting role, with experience in reconciliation, payroll, and audit
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting
  • Strong skills in G-Suite (Sheets) and/or Microsoft Excel
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and take on new initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the HR team and manage payroll cycles to ensure timely processing of the Company’s payroll disbursements
  • Analyze changes in payroll and communicate new hires, terminations, and any other fluctuations
  • Record and process benefit accruals and related allocations
  • Assist in month-end and quarterly closes, including preparing journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, including bank reconciliations, accounts payable input coding and approval routing, AR Cash Application, fixed assets, and prepaid expenses and monthly accruals
  • Perform Analysis such as budget to actual, monthly, and quarterly changes
  • Provide support for Tax and Annual Big 4 Audit through schedule preparation and footnote support
  • Handle all respects of the expense reimbursement in accordance with the T&E policy; Review and resolve any issues concerning the Company’s corporate credit card program and book related expenses
  • Prepare cash forecast and provide analysis on cash inflows and outflows and explain variance from forecast
  • Support regular business reviews
  • Maintain Stock based compensation expenses in the general ledger via Carta Reporting
  • Review foreign subsidiaries’ AP and payroll transactions, and perform entity consolidation and FX translation
  • Ad Hoc projects

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Sage Intacct and ADP
  • Public Accounting experience
  • Software experience and ASC606
  • Hyper-Growth startup experience
