Requirements

• Prior experience as a virtual assistant or in administrative support, preferably in the construction industry
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• APPLICATION SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGEABLE/REQUIRED: QuickBooks, MS office

Responsibilities

• Call customers to schedule and follow up on estimates
• Assist in managing contracts, invoices, and payments
• Utilize QuickBooks Desktop for financial tracking and record-keeping
• Support in the selection and implementation of estimating and contract management software
• Handle general administrative duties as needed
