Join MSRcosmos, an IT services subsidiary of a U.S.-based multinational conglomerate, as an SAP S/4HANA IS-U Consultant. This full-time remote position based in Hyderabad, India, requires hands-on implementation experience in Customer Engagement (CE), SV2, and C4C modules within SAP S/4HANA IS-U. The role centers on critical processes like Service Orders, Customer Moves, and Financials, along with integration using SAP Integration Suite. Data migration expertise is crucial. You will lead implementations, design configurations, collaborate with stakeholders, plan data migration, troubleshoot issues, provide training, and participate in testing and go-live support.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA IS-U, particularly in Customer Engagement (CE), SV2, and C4C modules
• Proven track record with Service Orders, Moves, and Customer Financials processes
• Experience integrating SAP with third-party systems using SAP Integration Suite
• Solid understanding and execution experience of data migration in SAP environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the implementation of SAP S/4HANA IS-U modules focused on Customer Engagement (SV2/C4C)
• Design and configure processes related to: Service Orders, Customer Moves, Customer Financials
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define integration points with third-party applications using SAP Integration Suite
• Plan and execute data migration activities ensuring data integrity and completeness
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing configurations and integrations
• Provide training and documentation to end users and support teams
• Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and go-live support

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with utilities industry projects
• SAP certifications in S/4HANA or IS-U modules
• Exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies
