Summary
Join Delivery Associates, a global social impact consultancy, as an Associate (Consultant) in France or the Netherlands. You will support a multinational public health project focused on preventing childhood obesity. This role involves project implementation, stakeholder engagement (local governments, clients, partners), and contributing to data-driven decision-making. You will manage workstreams, ensure timely delivery of high-quality results, and collaborate with a high-performing team. Requirements
- Educational background: Bachelor's degree in related areas (e.g. Economics, Business Administration or Public Health)
- Professional experience: Minimum of 3 years with a successful record in strategy consulting firms, governments, NGOs or international organizations
- Communication skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities in French and in English. Proficiency in presentation tools (PowerPoint)
- Project management: Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to fast-paced, dynamic settings in complex multinational projects
- Authorization + location requirements: Must have existing work authorization in France with clear understanding of the fixed-term contractor model. Applicants with authorization in Germany or the Netherlands may also be considered (noting regular travel will be required)
Responsibilities
- Drive and support partner organizations in implementing health promotion initiatives, supporting the clientβs team for achieving tangible results
- Provide daily program management support to the client, including notetaking of meetings, executive summaries, and prepare effective meetings with key stakeholders
- Take ownership of specific workstreams within a global project, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results that align with client objectives
- Engage directly with local governments and partners, to implement prioritized initiatives, and facilitate relationship-building, problem-solving, collaboration, and knowledge management with partners
- Contribute to data collection and analytical processes to develop robust recommendations for client presentations
- Work closely with colleagues, contributing to a supportive and high-performing team culture while learning from experienced professionals
- Plan and execute stakeholder workshops, ensuring the smooth flow of routine meetings
- Contribute to the development of client reports and communication materials
- Help build a culture of learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement
