Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Computer Science or a related field
  • Proven experience in consulting, preferably in Management or Technology Consulting
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
  • Expert-level project management skills, with experience managing complex projects and delivering successful outcomes
  • Excellent client relationship management skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, CRM, SQL/SOQL, Excel

Responsibilities

  • Lead implementation projects and directly support project deliverables on highly complex, multi-platform projects
  • Facilitate and plan client meetings and workshops, guiding both technical and project management discussions
  • Develop presentations, reports, and other client-facing materials
  • Oversee project execution by managing task assignment, resource allocations, timeline, budget and by completing assigned tasks on time and within budget
  • Collaborate with delivery team members, solution team members, and developers to deliver high-quality work
  • Exhibit expert-level understanding of the various Salesforce platforms and related systems as well as how they function together
  • Manage and support project team members on several, simultaneous projects
  • Strong client relationship management skills
  • Flag opportunities for ongoing work, or additional tech enablement
  • Maintain a high billable utilization rate
  • Contribute to internal team initiatives, such as knowledge sharing and process improvement
  • Manage a team of direct reports, build their skill and foster their development
  • Act as a point of contact for escalation for team members and especially direct reports
  • Demonstrate a commitment to professional development and continuous learning

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant certifications, such as CAPM, PMP, Salesforce Business Analyst, Salesforce Cloud Consultant Certification(s)
  • Experience in business development
  • Deep understanding of all Salesforce platforms and offerings
