Requirements

• Motivé·e for learning and diplomé·e from a grande école d'ingénieurs, de management or a grande université
• Strong appetite for transformation numérique and associated challenges
• Desire to develop skills related to the consulting profession and enterprise transformation issues
• Curiosity, sharp analytical spirit, and ability to appropriate new subjects
• Client-oriented, excellent relational skills, and sense of service
• Taste for challenge and results
• Attraction to entrepreneurship and innovation

Responsibilities

• Work on the different phases of business transformation such as: Cadrage et stratégie, organisation de la gouvernance, sourcing, business model, business plan, financement, conduite du changement, pilotage de l'implémentation…
• Work with different functions of the enterprise such as: Direction des Systèmes d'Information, Direction des Ressources Humaines, Directions Métiers, Direction du Digital, des Achats
• Work within leading enterprises in their sector: industrie, énergie & utilities, services, transport & distribution, secteur public, banque & assurance…
• Work with clients in various contexts, in the AuRA region, at a national and international scale
