Summary

The job is for a data governance role at Capco, an international management consulting and software development firm. The role involves participating in challenging projects to set up, develop, and optimize the data governance organization. Requirements

• A successfully completed university degree in economics, (business) computer science, (business) engineering or a comparable course of study is what sets you apart
• Several years of relevant practical project experience regarding the necessary approaches and methods of data management or BCBS 239
• Experience in designing and implementing data management standards and best practices, especially in development of a Data Governance organization with the introduction of data management tools (e.g., Collibra, Ab Initio), creating a data catalog, conducting data lineage, or designing and implementing data quality management
• Strong analytical skills and team skills paired with assertiveness
• Fluent English skills (German language is a big advantage)

Responsibilities

• Participation in challenging and agile consulting projects with regards to setting up, developing and optimizing the data governance organization from business analysis and design to implementation
• Use modern processes and technologies to enable a highly efficient, transparent and high quality data management
• Support our clients in the implementation and development of a data governance organization with new roles and responsibilities for the change from a process-based to a data-based organizational structure
