Summary
The Senior Solutions Consulting Manager at Included Health is responsible for driving growth and retention by ensuring solutions meet clients' business needs. The role involves facilitating discovery, tailoring proposals, delivering product demonstrations, and providing key insights to Go to Market leadership. The qualifications required are 6-10+ years of client-facing experience in health and benefits, experience supporting client success of similar size and scope to Included Healthβs book of business, experience in sales and/or strategy on best-fit win strategies, experience in a high growth, fast changing environment, strong communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, ability to travel (travel amount ~15%), prompt and regular attendance at assigned work location, ability to remain seated for prolonged periods, eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate keyboard, computer and other office-related equipment, no heavy lifting expected, occasional exertion of about 20 lbs. may be required, ability to interact with leadership, employees, and members in an appropriate manner. Requirements
- 6-10+ years of client-facing experience in health and benefits
- Experience supporting client success of similar size and scope to Included Healthβs book of business and/or experience in large enterprise client success/account management/consulting
- Experience in sales and/or strategy on best-fit win strategies
- Experience in a high growth, fast changing environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information and messages to a broad and diverse audience
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Ability to travel (travel amount ~15%)
Responsibilities
- Facilitate discovery in support of strategic solutioning for product fit and goal alignment
- Tailor and strengthen Request for Proposal responses, financial proposals, and renewals
- Apply deep product, market, and competitive knowledge in live meeting support and written communication with clients, prospects, and consultants
- Delivering an engaging and comprehensive product demonstration
- Provide key deal and market insights with Go to Market leadership and the Product Marketing team, helping to shape our products, packaging, and the way we message our solution broadly
- For renewals, provide thought partnership on pricing, program strategy and positioning and identify potential opportunities for expansion
- For retention opportunities, support Client Success with the development of a remediation strategy with recommendations on the cross-functional team needed to deliver on the plan
